We are allowing buyouts on any machine purchased by APU in 2017 or before.
You can check the asset tag on your device to see if you qualify!

If your device qualifies and you are either receiving a Refresh or leaving the University you can create a ticket either by calling (626) 815-5050, emailing support@apu.edu, or by going to support.apu.edu.
